You should be able to see the model number on a rating-plate or decal right on the front of a ventilator or an evaporator coil and on the side if you have a fan coil. Ventilators, evaporator coils and fan coils You should see the model number printed on rating-plate or decal. Remove the front door and look inside the unit. ![]() If your heat pump is geothermal, the model information should be easily found on the front of the unit. Look on the back of your unit, and you’ll find the model number listed on a silver series rating-plate located above the service valve connections. Air conditioners, heat pumps including geothermal and packaged products If you don’t happen to have them handy, you’ll also find the model number printed right on the unit. Start by looking in your owner’s manual or any other paperwork that came with your product. ![]() Rather than have you commit them all to memory, we made our model numbers easy to find.
